In 2015, the first Queen City Crown Rugby Tournament was held playing host to 250+ rugby players from all over the southeast, as well as individual players from Canada and the UK. This 3-day tournament involved several social events at local bars and restaurants, a full day of rugby, all covered by local publications Creative Loafing, the Charlotte Agenda, and an interview with FOX 46 Charlotte.
